As a production worker, you’ll be part of a lively team of over 30 colleagues in a modern production facility. Working in a 2-shift system, you’ll help oversee the entire production process — from raw materials to finished product. We produce a wide variety of peanut butter for a diverse customer base, so no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating and setting up production machines;
Troubleshooting minor technical issues;
Performing routine maintenance on equipment;
Checking finished products for quality and consistency.
We do not provide accomodations. You need to live in the serroundings of Raamsdonkveer.
Requirements for working as an production worker:
Willingness to work in a production environment (including exposure to food products)
Basic understanding of English or Dutch
you´ve allready worked or show intressed In a production enviorment
Willing to help your co-workers on the production line
You will be working in a production environment related to the food industry! The company has recently been renovated and now features new machines, a beautiful cafeteria, and luxurious employee changing rooms and lockers. You’ll also have free access to the on-site gym, where a personal trainer gives classes three times a week. The workplace is easily accessible and is located in the industrial area of Raamsdonkveer.
Here’s what we offer when you work as a production worker:
A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,100, depending on age and experience
Shift allowance between 115% – 150%
